ERP Functional Consultant /Business Analyst

Job Summary (Minimum 2.5 years of experience) The ERP Functional Consultant is responsible for understanding client business processes, gathering requirements, preparing functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams, conducting user training, and ensuring successful ERP implementation. The consultant acts as a bridge between business users and the ERP development team throughout the project lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering & Analysis

• Conduct client meetings and workshops to understand business processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Gap Analysis reports.
• Study existing workflows and recommend ERP best practices. ERP Implementation
• Configure ERP modules as per client requirements.
• Assist in solution design and process mapping.
• Coordinate with development teams for customizations and enhancements.
• Perform system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Client Coordination
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates.
• Resolve functional queries and support change management activities.
• Ensure client expectations and project deliverables are aligned. Documentation
• Prepare process flow diagrams, SOPs, user manuals, and training materials.
• Maintain project documentation and implementation records.
• Create issue logs, change requests, and project trackers. Training & Support
• Conduct end-user training sessions.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Assist users in adopting ERP processes and best practices. Project Management Support
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor project risks and escalate issues when required.
