As a Designer at BLOSKY, a growing men's clothing brand in Noida, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end design process for men's apparel. Your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to concept development, sketching, fabric and trim selection, and creating detailed tech packs. - Researching menswear trends and developing seasonal collections. - Collaborating with merchandising and production teams to ensure designs align with brand identity and target customer needs. - Reviewing samples, refining fits and details, and maintaining clear documentation for vendors and internal stakeholders. - Participating in design reviews, supporting visual presentations, and ensuring final products meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in apparel design processes, including concept development, sketching (hand or digital), and creating detailed technical drawings and specs. - Strong understanding of menswear trends, fabrics, trims, fits, and construction techniques. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with vendors or manufacturers. - Comfort with design and productivity tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, CAD tools, MS Office or similar) and maintaining organized design documentation. - Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Relevant education in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field; prior experience in menswear is preferred. - Openness to learning, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in fashion and menswear design.
