Role Description This is a full-time Social Media Marketing Manager role, based in Coimbatore with a hybrid work arrangement that includes flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will manage and optimize social media campaigns, develop content strategies, and ensure the effective execution of digital marketing initiatives. Daily tasks include implementing social media optimization (SMO) strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating closely with teams to drive brand engagement and achieve business objectives. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing techniques and tools
• Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and audience engagement
• Knowledge of analytics and performance measurement tools for social media campaigns
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns is a plus
