Job Description – Civil Manager Company: Cemindia Projects Limited Location: Dhamra, Odisha (Non-Marine Project) Department: Projects / Construction Reporting To: Project Head / Site In-Charge Position Summar Cemindia Projects Limited is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Civil Manager with 12–15 years of experience in industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the construction of Wagon Tippler foundations, underground conveyor tunnels, industrial structures, RCC works, and related infrastructure projects. The role involves end-to-end site execution, project planning, contractor management, quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety and project timelines

• Provide technical leadership for the construction and execution of Wagon Tippler foundations, underground conveyor tunnels, transfer houses, and allied infrastructure works.
• Review engineering designs, construction methodologies, and technical specifications to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Resolve complex site-related technical challenges through coordination with clients, consultants, design teams, and project execution teams.
• Drive value engineering, cost optimization, and timely project delivery while ensuring adherence to industry standards and best construction practices.
