As a Project Coordinator, you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by providing administrative and logistical support to project managers and project teams. Your responsibilities include coordinating schedules, resources, documentation, and communications to ensure that all project activities are completed on time and within scope. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to track project progress, manage timelines, and achieve project deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Project Support: Previous experience in LAN projects is required. - Resource & Schedule Coordination - Communication & Stakeholder Engagement - Documentation & Reporting - Risk and Issue Management - Budget Tracking and Financial Support - Vendor and Contractor Management - Project Closure & Post-Project Evaluation Key Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM) are a plus. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field. Familiarity with LAN structure is essential. Experience in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously is required. - Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Other: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration, adaptability to changing project needs, ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Working Conditions: - Full-time position with flexibility based on project requirements. - Occasional travel may be necessary for site visits or meetings. - Some evening or weekend work might be required to meet project deadlines.
