Job description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for partnering with Sales Leaders to understand business priorities, drive people strategy aligned with sales growth, and provide HR insights through data analytics. You will also analyze attrition trends, design retention interventions, drive performance governance, support talent acquisition, identify capability gaps, handle employee relations, track HR metrics, and engage with employees to enhance integration and interaction. Additionally, you will handle HR operations and analytics to enhance HR effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Sales Leaders to understand business priorities and translate challenges into actionable HR interventions - Drive people strategy aligned with sales growth, productivity, and retention objectives - Analyze attrition trends and identify root causes related to skill, will, support, leadership quality, or hiring quality - Design and execute retention interventions for critical populations - Drive performance governance across sales teams and support managers in identifying low-performance patterns - Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure quality hiring and manpower fulfillment - Identify capability gaps and work with Learning & Development teams to drive interventions - Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and sensitive people issues - Track and analyze HR metrics including attrition, hiring, productivity, engagement, and diversity metrics - Engage with employees through regular branch visits, events, and employee engagement calendar - Conceptualize and execute initiatives to support diversity - Liaise with HR Helpdesk, prepare Business HR MIS, and enhance HR effectiveness through process improvements Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent management, performance management, and employee relations - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in high-pressure target environments and handle geographically dispersed teams - Knowledge of HR operations, HRMS, and process improvements Please note that the above job description does not contain any additional details about the company.
