Job Title: HR Manager Location: MBP Mahape, Navi Mumbai Industry: IT Managed Services / Technology Services Experience: 10–14 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the complete HR function for our IT Managed Services organization. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring robust HR operations, statutory compliance, performance management systems, POSH implementation, and digital HR platform governance. The role demands a hands-on HR leader with strong corporate HR exposure, deep process orientation, and the ability to build scalable HR frameworks aligned with business growth. The HR Manager will also support the recruitment function through pre-HR screening and process governance, while taking ownership of all people management initiatives. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and manage HR function with ownership of HR operations, policies, and governance
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business expansion
  • Act as a strategic business partner to leadership on people, culture, and organizational development
  • Build scalable HR systems and frameworks suitable for a growing IT services organization 2. Employee Lifecycle Management Oversee the complete employee lifecycle like Workforce onboarding, Induction & orientation, Employee engagement, Internal movements, Performance review cycles, Exit management & offboarding, Ensure smooth employee experience across all processes. 3. HR Operations
  • Manage Leave, Attendance, and Shift Policies
  • Ownership of HR documentation, SOPs, and policies
  • Digitization and automation of HR processes
  • HR MIS, dashboards, and reporting for management 4. Workplace Governance
  • Lead POSH compliance and implementation
  • Constitution and governance of Internal Committee (IC)
  • Awareness programs, training sessions, and reporting
  • Handling POSH complaints with confidentiality and statutory adherence 5. Statutory Compliance & Legal HR
  • End-to-end ownership of statutory compliances, Liaison with consultants, auditors, and legal advisors
  • Audit readiness and compliance documentation 6. Performance Management System (PMS)
  • Performance reviews, Leadership reporting on Performance analytics 7. HR Technology Platforms
  • Support implementation and administration of HRMS Portal.
  • Process configuration, automation, workflows, and reporting
  • Data integrity, system governance, and optimization 8. Recruitment Support & Governance
  • Support recruitment team in Pre-HR screening reviews, Candidate evaluation governance, Offer validation and compliance, Hiring quality controls and documentation standards. 9. Culture, Engagement & Employer Branding
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives
  • Culture-building programs
  • Corporate HR branding initiatives
  • Employee communication frameworks Desired Experience & Background
  • 10–14 years of corporate HR experience
  • Mandatory experience in IT / IT Services / Managed Services / Technology companies
  • Prior experience handling end-to-end HR operations independently
  • Experience in growing/scaling organizations preferred Leadership & Behavioral Competencies
