Job description
Position: HR Generalist Location: Uttarakhand Industry: IT Experience Required: 2-5 Yrs Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Grievance, HR Admin, Attendance Role & responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Managing the hiring lifecycle, including posting jobs, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and managing disciplinary actions.
- Benefits & Payroll Administration: Coordinating compensation, benefits enrollment, leave management, and assisting with payroll processing.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to federal/state labor laws and updating internal company policies, procedures, and handbooks.
- Performance Management: Assisting with performance reviews, training initiatives, and developmental planning.
- Records Management: Maintaining accurate personnel records, documentation, and data privacy
