Job description

We are looking for a confident and professional Client Relationship & Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to attend client discovery calls, understand project requirements, build strong relationships, and effectively present our services to convert prospects into long-term clients. Responsibility:

  • Attend discovery and consultation calls with potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements, goals, and project expectations.
  • Present our design and development services in a clear and professional manner.
  • Build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Communicate our process, expertise, timeline, and pricing effectively.
  • Handle client objections and negotiations professionally.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure accurate project scoping.
  • Increase project conversions and contribute to business growth.
  • Requiremnts:
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
  • Fluent English language proficiency with a neutral and professional accent.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles.
  • Ability to confidently lead client meetings and discussions.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design, branding, web development, or digital services is a plus.
  • Professional attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work with international clients across different time zones. Success Matric
