We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive who can generate new business opportunities and bring Interior and Facade projects from the market. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting site visits, meeting architects, builders, contractors, corporate clients, and property owners, and converting inquiries into successful projects. The candidate will actively promote the company's Interior, Facade, Renovation, Turnkey, and Related Services. Key Responsibilities Generate new Interior and Facade project leads from the market. Meet architects, builders, consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients. Identify upcoming construction, renovation, and fit-out projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Present company services and solutions to potential customers. Prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations. Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution. Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Qualifications & Requirements Experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Interior Design, Construction, False Ceiling, Aluminium, Glass, ACP, or related industries. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to independently generate business and secure projects. Comfortable with client meetings, site visits, and local travel. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and CRM tools. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional attitude.
