Job description
The Analytics, Investments and Marketing Enablement (AIM) team within Global Commercial Services Marketing (GCSM) powers customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data, advanced analytics, and AI. Within AIM, the Paid Search Analytics – GCS Digital Acquisitions team is focused on driving efficient acquisition through Paid Search by leveraging advanced analytics, audience insights, experimentation, bid optimization, and measurement. The team partners closely with marketing, product, technology, and platform teams to optimize search performance and maximize business outcomes. The team is responsible for developing data-driven strategies that improve targeting, bidding, and efficiency. In addition to driving day-to-day performance optimization, the team is focused on building next-generation acquisition capabilities by leveraging AI and GenAI to enhance audience targeting, bidding strategies, search insights, automation, and decision-making. How will you make an impact in this role? In this role, you will drive customer acquisition and business growth through data-driven Paid Search strategies, optimization, and measurement. You will leverage advanced analytics, experimentation, and AI/GenAI-powered capabilities to improve targeting, bidding, and campaign efficiency while delivering scalable growth. Additionally, you will partner with multiple stakeholders across marketing, product, technology, and platform teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that maximize business impact.
