AI/ML Engineer - 4+ Years

We are hiring for 10.ex — a Sunera Group company — is building autonomous agent technology that runs real GTM work: outbound, copywriting, lead research, CRM updates, reporting — executed by reliable AI operators so companies scale without scaling headcount. We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer (4+ yrs) to build the intelligence behind those agents — the models, LLM orchestration, and evaluation systems that make them accurate, reliable, and outcome-driven. Skills : Strong Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), hands-on LLMs / embeddings / vector DBs / RAG, production ML experience, and MLOps fluency.
