About us Kirana Club is India's largest community-led B2B commerce platform, with a network of 40 lakh+ kirana stores. We've been at this for a while - building the layer where community trust meets retail commerce, and where brands find their most loyal advocates. We're now scaling into new markets and new product lines, and the operating complexity that comes with that is exactly why this role exists. What you'll do We're hiring PMs across three distinct problems: Commerce — Why does a kirana who trusts KC not place an order? You own the answer and the product that fixes it. Activation flows, reorder mechanics, trust signals — you work directly with growth to unblock the funnel. Community — 40L+ kiranas open our app daily for reasons that have nothing to do with buying. You own that habit — and you figure out how to make it lead somewhere. Content surfaces, creator tools, engagement mechanics. Seller Experience — Good supply is what gives kiranas something worth ordering. You build the tools that make it easy for brands to list, price accurately, and grow the business What we're looking for
- 3-6 years at a consumer internet or marketplace startup
- Has moved a metric that mattered — not supported someone who did
- Close enough to data to pull their own analysis
- Thinks about Tier 2/3/4 India as a real market, not a use case
- AI-native — uses AI tools to move faster, prototype, and analyse
