UI/UX Designer [ 8+ years of exp is required]

We are looking to hire a talented UI/UX Designer to collaborate with their marketing team and stakeholders. In this role, you’ll create high-quality, scalable creatives and pioneer new forms of digital assets and innovations. Responsibilities:

• Lead user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain user personas, user journeys, and wireframes.
• Create prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment.
• Design visually appealing, consistent, and responsive interfaces.
• Develop high-fidelity designs, mockups, and specifications.
• Ensure design consistency across various devices and platforms.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and asset libraries.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Create animations within Figma - essential for building compelling B2B interactive experiences.
• Establish and maintain world class visual communications practice - concept development, experience design, creative workflow, and production scaling. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 8 to 12 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Portfolio showcasing senior-level UX/UI design expertise.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, such as user empathy and research, information architecture, usability testing, prototyping, accessibility and User-centered design.
• Strong attention to design and visual details with an ability to storyboard journeys.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
