Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end UI/UX design projects for web and mobile platforms - Define and execute BelleVie's design vision, strategy, and standards - Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a strong design culture - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on user experience goals - Build, maintain, and scale design systems and component libraries - Create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for design improvements - Present and defend design decisions based on design roadmap and principles - Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides - Stay updated with industry standards and changes Qualifications Required: - Proven 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design with leadership experience - Expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar - Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking and high-quality execution - Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability - Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills - Strong problem-solving skills Your design decisions should be rooted in the overall design roadmap and your design thinking, incorporating fundamental principles such as color theory and visual weight.
