Digital Marketing Team Lead

We are looking for a result-oriented and hands-on Digital Marketing Team Leader to drive lead generation, campaign performance, and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and team coordination while managing high-impact digital campaigns. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role, with the ability to mentor team members, drive performance, and ensure successful campaign execution. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital channels
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through performance marketing initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CAC, ROI, and conversion rates
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
• Manage campaign budgets effectively and maximize returns on ad spend
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve marketing objectives
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices Required Skills & Expertise
• min 2 years experience in Leadership role
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience in lead generation and performance-driven campaigns
• Good understanding of campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting tools
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion funnels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is an added advantage
