Job description

As a Client Success & Digital Marketing Manager at Touch Jewel Co., your role will be crucial in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be the primary point of contact for clients across various global markets, including the USA, UK, UAE, Europe, and Australia. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. - Conduct onboarding calls with new clients. - Understand client goals, business objectives, and project requirements. - Schedule and manage regular progress meetings. - Provide project updates and status reports. - Handle client feedback and coordinate revisions. - Build long-term client relationships. - Identify opportunities for upselling additional services. - Coordinate with designers, content creators, marketers, video editors, developers, and other team members. - Create project timelines and delivery schedules. - Assign tasks and track progress. - Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before submission. - Coordinate social media content production. - Monitor campaign execution across platforms. - Work with marketing specialists to ensure campaign objectives are achieved. - Review performance reports before sharing with clients. - Assist in strategy implementation and execution. - Assist in proposal preparation. - Participate in client discovery calls. - Follow up with qualified leads. - Support account growth initiatives. - Maintain CRM records and client databases. Required Qualifications: Experience: - 35+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Agency, Branding Agency, Creative Agency, Consulting Firm, or Client Success Role. - Proven experience managing multiple clients simultaneously. - Experience coordinating cross-functional teams. Skills: Communication: - Excellent written and verbal English. - Strong presentation and client-facing skills. - Professional communication with international clients. Technical Knowledge: - Working knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Meta Advertising, Google Advertising, Branding, Marketing Funnels, Lead Generation, CRM Systems. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with luxury brands. - Experience working with jewelry, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands. - Experience managing international clients.
