We are a lean, agile, and rapidly growing player in the hospitality and experiential travel space. As we scale, we are hiring our very first dedicated marketer. This is a true blank canvas role. The Opportunity & Who You Are Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be the strategic architect and the primary executioner of our global digital footprint. - Own the Core Channels: Manage and optimize our foundational digital channels: Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid & Organic Social (Meta/TikTok), SEO, and Affiliate Marketing networks.
- Discover New Growth Horizons: Look beyond the standard playbook. You will have a blank canvas to discover, test, and scale entirely new acquisition channels (partnerships, community marketing, emerging platforms, etc.).
- Drive Conversions: Run campaigns with a sharp focus on business-critical metrics, primarily driving global ticket sales, tracking CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and maximizing ROI.
- Nurture the Audience: Oversee our email marketing strategies and CRM to maximize customer lifetime value and keep past travelers engaged.
- Leverage Modern Tech: Integrate advanced AI tools into your daily workflow to accelerate copywriting, creative asset production, and campaign execution. What We Are Looking For
- Proven Performance Marketing Experience: A track record of executing paid acquisition campaigns and managing budgets effectively.
- Data-Driven Creativity: You possess the creative eye to know what content resonates, backed by the analytical skills to prove it via Google Analytics and dashboard reporting.
- An Experimentation Mindset: You aren't afraid to fail fast, learn from data, and pivot quickly.
