Job description

Job Summary The HR & Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions and administrative operations of the organization. The role includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, training & development, and facility administration to ensure an efficient and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases. Employee Relations
  • Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement.
  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
  • Promote employee welfare, recognition, and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends. Performance Management
  • Administer performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and performance objectives.
  • Monitor employee performance and development plans. Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and prepare annual training plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and employee skill development. HR Policies & Compliance
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle audits and statutory compliance requirements. Compensation & Benefits
  • Oversee payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, and leave management.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews. Administration Office Administration
  • Manage daily administrative operations.
  • Supervise office facilities, housekeeping, maintenance, and security services.
  • Ensure availability of office supplies and equipment. Vendor & Facility Management
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor service quality.
  • Manage office leases, utility services, and maintenance schedules. Health, Safety & Security
  • Ensure workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Conduct safety awareness initiatives and emergency preparedness activities.
  • Implement security protocols and access control procedures. Asset Management
  • Maintain records of company assets.
  • Monitor asset allocation, maintenance, and disposal procedures. Budget & Cost Control
  • Prepare and monitor HR and administration budgets.
  • Optimize administrative expenses while maintaining operational efficiency. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage. Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and administration functions. Required Skills & Competencies
