This role supports business objectives by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and company policies Key Responsibilities Recruitment and StaffingDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate workforce planning and staffing needs with department managers. Maintain talent pipelines and succession planning initiatives.
