Its team of specialists delivers services including forensic opinions under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act, fraud risk management, insurance investigations, and cybercrime investigations. Code F Solutions also provides cyber security services, due diligence, background verifications, and training in various domains of forensic science. Team members collaborate closely with clients to help them manage risk, uphold compliance, and strengthen trust. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Nagpur. The Sales and Marketing Representative will generate and qualify leads, conduct client meetings, and present Code F Solutions’ forensic and cyber services to prospective and existing clients. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing plans, preparing proposals, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role involves coordinating with technical and forensic experts to understand service offerings, tailoring solutions to client needs, and supporting the preparation of marketing materials, campaigns, and events. The representative will also provide basic product training to clients, gather market and competitor insights, and support after-sales customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, explain complex services clearly, and manage ongoing relationships.
- Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and executing marketing initiatives.
- Experience in Training clients or internal teams on services, solutions, or processes is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; exposure to forensic, legal, or cybersecurity domains is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage time effectively in a field-oriented on-site environment.
- Comfort with using digital tools (CRM systems, office productivity software, online presentation platforms) and basic data reporting.
- Strong ethical mindset, professionalism, and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client and investigation information.
- Prior experience in B2B services, consulting, or professional services sales is a plus.
