Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Raipur. The Sales and Marketing Representative will engage with prospective and existing customers, present products or services, and follow up on leads to drive revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include conducting field or in-office sales visits, explaining offerings, preparing basic proposals or quotations, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools. The role will also support marketing activities, such as participating in promotional events, assisting with local campaigns, gathering market feedback, and sharing insights on customer needs. The representative will collaborate with internal teams, attend regular training sessions, and work toward meeting individual and team sales targets in a professional and ethical manner. Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal explanations, active listening, and confident presentations.
- Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing abilities, with experience in prospecting, lead conversion, and achieving targets.
- Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships, handle inquiries effectively, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Experience in Training or willingness to learn and participate in product, process, and sales training sessions.
- Basic understanding of local markets in Raipur and surrounding areas, with the ability to travel locally as needed.
- Comfort with using smartphones, email, and basic office software or CRM tools to track activities and report results.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Preferred: Prior experience in field sales, retail, or service-based industries; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
