The organization values integrity, accountability, and long-term relationships with both clients and employees. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Noida. The Sales Employee will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and present the company’s software and IT solutions. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, needs assessment, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure. The Sales Employee will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track sales activities, and prepare regular reports on performance and pipeline status. The position also requires close coordination with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, as well as participation in product demonstrations, events, and client feedback discussions to help refine offerings. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in software, IT services, or technology solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate features into clear business value for clients.
  • Solid negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and organizing sales activities in a structured manner.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Noida and travel locally for client visits as needed.
