Bilingual Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer

DataAnnotation is committed to creating quality AI. Help train AI chatbots while gaining the flexibility of remote work and choosing your own schedule. We are looking for an existing Bilingual Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer to help train AI models. You will have conversations in both Hindi and English with chatbots in order to measure their progress, as well as write novel conversations in order to teach them what to say. • Projects are paid hourly, starting at $22+ USD per hour, with bonus rates available on some projects Responsibilities (both in Hindi and English):
• Come up with diverse conversations over a range of topics
• Write high-quality answers when given specific prompts
• Compare the performance of different AI models
• Research and fact-check AI responses Qualifications:
• Fluent in Hindi + English
• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
