Job Title: Tableau Analyst (SQL & Python) Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai Hybrid 10 days onsite Experience: 4–8 Years Employment Type: Contract 2 hire Job Summary We are looking for a Tableau Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Tableau, SQL, and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards, analyzing complex datasets, and delivering actionable business insights. This role requires expertise in Tableau visualization and reporting, along with the ability to write SQL queries and use Python for data analysis and automation. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.
• Create interactive dashboards and KPI reports to support business decision-making.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and data processing.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality.
• Optimize Tableau dashboard performance and usability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare documentation and provide ongoing reporting support. Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Dashboard Development.
• Expertise in Tableau visualizations, calculated fields, parameters, filters, sets, and LOD expressions.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, subqueries, CTEs, and performance tuning.
• Good Python programming skills with experience in data analysis and automation.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, reporting, and visualization best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Mandatory Skills

• Experience with Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL concepts.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Tableau Certification is an added advantage. Experience Required
• 4–8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience.
• Proven experience working with Tableau, SQL, and Python in an analytics environment.
