UX and UI Designer

You are a skilled UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience, based in Delhi, working from the office only. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and responsive interfaces for web/dashboard applications. Your role involves handling complex data-heavy workflows, tables, filters, navigation systems, and user journeys. Collaboration with Product Managers and Developers for smooth implementation is essential. Your duties include improving usability, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and overall product experience. Iterating designs based on product/business requirements and conducting UX analysis are part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, scalable, and responsive interfaces for web/dashboard applications
• Handle complex data-heavy workflows, tables, filters, navigation systems, and user journeys
• Build and maintain reusable components, variants, auto-layouts, and design systems in Figma
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers for implementation feasibility and smooth handoff
• Improve usability, accessibility, visual hierarchy, and overall product experience
• Conduct UX analysis and iterate designs based on product/business requirements Qualifications Required:
• 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS, dashboard, or product design work
• Expertise in Figma, prototyping, component systems, variables, and responsive design
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, usability, spacing, typography, and interaction patterns
• Experience working with complex dashboards, enterprise workflows, or data-driven interfaces
• Good understanding of developer handoff, grids, responsiveness, and front-end constraints
