UX Architect (UX/UI)

Job Title: Senior UX Architect (UX/UI) Location: Hyderabad Role Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UX Architect to lead the design and delivery of intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences. This role requires a strong blend of UX strategy, UI design expertise, and technical understanding to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive impactful product outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX architecture and design for web and mobile applications
• Define UX strategy, design systems, and scalable UI frameworks
• Translate business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Ensure consistency in design standards, usability, and accessibility
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements
• Drive design thinking workshops and mentor UX/UI designers
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8–12+ years of experience in UX/UI design and architecture
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, UI design, and complex problem-solving
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, and usability principles
• Experience with responsive design, mobile-first approach, and accessibility standards
• Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
