As we expand our digital footprint and modernize our customer acquisition pipeline, we are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Digital Growth Executive to join our core team in Hyderabad. Role Description: This is not a traditional "social media posting" job. We are looking for an in-house Performance Marketer & Sales Operations Operator. You will be the engine room of our growth strategy—responsible for managing our online reputation, running targeted lead-generation ad campaigns, setting up sales automation, and doing the initial screening of high-intent buyers before handing them over to our senior field sales executives.

- Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing/sales operations (Real estate experience is a major plus, but a high tech-aptitude is mandatory. Sharp, hungry fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Qualifications Technical Execution: Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and custom audience targeting. (A live practical test may be part of the interview). CRM & Tools: Experience setting up and navigating a CRM and basic graphic tools (like Canva) for rapid asset creation. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu. Strong phone etiquette is non-negotiable. Mindset: A data-driven, self-starting individual who thrives on ownership and wants to play a pivotal role in scaling a legacy brand.
