Job Role: MedTech Sales Representative (Surgical Device) Location: Coimbatore, TN Experience: 3+ Years Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
- 3+ Years in Medical Device Sales / Healthcare Sales.
- Must have Healthcare Product experience with Operating Rooms (OR), Cath Labs, and clinical environments, particularly within Neurovascular, Endovascular, Cardiology, Vascular, Interventional Radiology.
- Generate new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, while driving business growth in the medical devices and healthcare segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, medical colleges, healthcare institutions, physician groups, and key clinical stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, physician training sessions, and customer education programs to promote product adoption.
- Engage closely with surgeons, interventional radiologists, cardiologists, vascular specialists, and clinical teams, leveraging strong medical terminology and healthcare workflow knowledge.
- Support conferences, workshops, industry events, and physician engagement activities to enhance market presence and customer relationships.
- Drive institutional and government sales initiatives, including tender participation, procurement support, and stakeholder management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage sales activities, customer interactions, and reporting.
- Leverage strong sales, negotiation, business development, communication, and presentation skills to achieve revenue targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Tamil language.
