Mobile Application Developer-React Native | Lead | 7 - 12 Years | Immediate Joiner | In-person Interview | Bangalore

We are hiring for TOP MNC for Senior Mobile App Developer -React Native-Lead (Native iOS development using Swift & Native Android development using Kotlin) Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, modularization). Note- Must have experience in React native with Swift & Kotlin (IOS & Android Both) Note- Interview Mode is Face to Face (In-person) Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React/React Native patterns (Redux, Context API, Hooks, navigation frameworks).

• Proven experience working directly with business teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact feature Must have strong- work directly with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, shape technical requirements, and drive feature planning. Location - Bangalore Experience – 6 Years – 12 Years (Lead) Salary - 15LPA- 40LPA (Including 10% of Variables) Work Mode- Hybrid Shift- 12PM- 9PM Notice Period - Immediate Joiner Skills Required- What We’re Looking For Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience, including 3+ years with React Native.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React/React Native patterns (Redux, Context API, Hooks, navigation frameworks).
• Proven experience working directly with business teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact features.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, modularization).
• Deep experience with REST APIs, authentication flows, and state management at scale.
• Proficiency with debugging tools, performance profiling, and crash resolution.
• Experience with mobile build tools, CI pipelines, and version control best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, influence technical direction, and mentor other engineers. Nice to Have:
• Native iOS development using Swift.
• Native Android development using Kotlin.
• Experience building or maintaining React Native native modules.
• Familiarity with analytics, push notifications, deep linking, and mobile security practices.
• Experience with Firebase, feature flags, A/B testing platforms, or mobile DevOps pipelines. Who You Are
