Python Developer – AI/ML (7+ Years Experience Immediate Joiner)

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Python Developer role based in Hyderabad. The Python Developer will design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using Python and related frameworks. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, integrating third-party APIs, optimizing application performance, and troubleshooting issues across development and production environments. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, plan sprints, and deliver features on schedule. The developer will also participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and help improve development workflows and best practices. Qualifications Strong experience in Python programming, including writing clean, modular, and reusable code. Hands-on experience with at least one Python web framework (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) and RESTful API development. Solid understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including schema design, queries, and optimization. Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and collaborative development workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews). Knowledge of software testing practices, including unit tests and integration tests, and experience using testing frameworks. Understanding of basic DevOps concepts, such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and deployment to cloud or on-prem environments. Good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and core computer science fundamentals relevant to backend development. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams on-site in Hyderabad. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience as a Python Developer is preferred.
