Role: Digital Marketing Manager (3–4 Years Experience) Company: Hebbevu Location: Bridge Signature Towers, Katamnallur Gate, Hoskote Mode of Work: Work from Office Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Saturday: Half Day) Experience Required: 3–4 Years Salary: As per industry standards Role Overview: We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can take ownership of digital campaigns, lead generation, SEO strategies, and overall online marketing performance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in campaign management, performance marketing, analytics, and digital growth strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
- Drive lead generation campaigns and improve conversion performance
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and marketing KPIs
- Lead SEO, SEM, and website marketing initiatives
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize ad spends effectively
- Coordinate and execute brand awareness and performance marketing activities
- Improve website traffic, search rankings, and online visibility
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and digital growth opportunities Key Requirements:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing
- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results Preferred:
- Understanding of high-ticket lead generation funnels
