Role Description The Project Management Engineer will oversee the end-to-end execution of engineering and product-related projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budget. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Chennai Chennai Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking milestones, and managing risks and issues. The role involves translating product requirements into actionable project plans, supporting product development activities, and aligning engineering outputs with customer and business needs. The Project Management Engineer will also prepare project documentation and reports, communicate progress to stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes. Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Planning skills to structure, schedule, and coordinate engineering and product initiatives effectively.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, troubleshoot issues, and support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers, and to present project updates.
  • Candidates should possess Product Development and related engineering skills to support design reviews, technical evaluations, and implementation of new or improved solutions.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Gantt charts, MS Project, Agile or Stage-Gate frameworks) is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial product environments, preferably in fluid conveyance or related sectors, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a detail-oriented, quality-focused approach.
