About the Company What makes the role meaty? About the Role Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across indirect spend categories such as HR, Marketing, Facilities, Professional Services, IT, and Capex requirements. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and procurement goals.
  • Manage the complete procurement lifecycle including RFx creation, bid analysis, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contracting, and vendor onboarding.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through supplier consolidation, value engineering, TCO analysis, and strategic negotiations.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and align sourcing strategies with operational priorities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment structures, SLAs, and contracts with suppliers.
  • Manage supplier performance and relationships while ensuring service quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Lead procurement process improvements and digital transformation initiatives through procurement systems and automation tools.
  • Analyze market trends, benchmark supplier pricing, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and savings.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of procurement initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for spend analytics, procurement KPIs, and management reviews. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing and indirect procurement. Required Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations and delivering measurable cost savings.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Cloud, Coupa, PRM360, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to high-growth/startup environments.
  • Strong understanding of spend analytics and supplier management frameworks.
