Job description

You are a hands-on HR professional with strong experience in Plant HR, Industrial Relations, Labour Law Compliance, and Contract Labour Management. You will support multiple manufacturing locations and collaborate closely with plant leadership to ensure a productive, compliant, and harmonious work environment.

  • *Key Responsibilities:** - Manage contract labour effectively, ensuring compliance with factory acts and industrial relations. - Oversee HR compliance across all plant locations, including adherence to labour laws and regulations. - Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes at the plant level. - Ensure smooth execution of HR processes, from recruitment to employee engagement initiatives. - Collaborate with senior leadership teams to align HR goals with overall organizational objectives.
  • *Qualifications Required:** - 6-13 years of experience in Plant HR / Industrial Relations. - Previous work experience in manufacturing environments. - Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, and Contract Labour Management. - Experience in handling unions, labour authorities, and employee relations matters. - Exposure to multi-location manufacturing operations will be advantageous.
