Role Description The Executive Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and promoting Diamond Semicon’s CVD diamond solutions to semiconductor and high-technology customers. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting customer meetings and technical discussions, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts within defined guidelines. The Executive Sales Representative will collaborate closely with technical and product teams to understand customer requirements, provide tailored solutions, and support product demonstrations. The role also involves tracking market trends, maintaining an updated sales pipeline, reporting on sales performance, and participating in industry events or customer visits as needed. Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and account management.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, with effective negotiation and closing capabilities.
  • Understanding of semiconductor industry or advanced materials is highly beneficial; technical aptitude to learn CVD diamond applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, commercial terms.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software for pipeline management, reporting, and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field; relevant sales experience in technology or industrial products preferred.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
