As a Sales Representative at BSR Lumen Services LLP, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients for our tailored recruitment and HR solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, as well as presenting our services in a clear and compelling manner to align with client needs. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, while building and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels - Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings - Present recruitment and HR solutions clearly and compellingly - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from needs assessment to closing - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Follow up on leads and achieve assigned sales targets - Maintain accurate records in CRM tools - Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to align offerings with client needs - Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to leadership Qualifications: - Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities with a proven track record - Client relationship management skills, including prospecting and networking - Clear verbal and written communication skills - Basic understanding of recruitment, HR services, or B2B service sales - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and email for professional communication - Minimum of a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field - Willingness to work on-site in Jind and travel locally for client meetings as needed As a Sales Representative at BSR Lumen Services LLP, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients for our tailored recruitment and HR solutions.
