BankKaro our latest venture, is rapidly becoming India’s go-to FinTech aggregator, similar to Paisabazaar Role Overview We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer (2+ years) to build scalable full-stack applications and contribute to both backend services and frontend experiences across CashKaro, EarnKaro, and BankKaro. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs; develop responsive UIs using React.js.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and improve application reliability. Must-Have Skills
• Hands-on MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• Building and deploying full-stack applications
• Scalable RESTful APIs, middleware, auth/authorization
• State management (Redux / Context API)
• MongoDB schema design, query optimization, indexing
• JavaScript ES6+, async/await, Promises
• Git, CI/CD workflows, debugging tools Nice to Have
• Axios / Fetch / React Query for API management
• Performance optimization for high-traffic apps
