Role & Responsibilities As a Backend Developer specializing in dialer and telephony systems, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the core backend components of our omnichannel dialer platform. Your expertise in telephony APIs, IVR systems, and Node.js will be crucial in delivering reliable and scalable communication solutions. Key Responsibilities: -Build RESTful APIs using Node.js -Optimize PostgreSQL + Redis data flow - Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js for our omnichannel dialer platform. - Integrate telephony APIs to enable outbound and inbound calling, SMS, and other communication channels. - Design and implement IVR flows, call routing, and automation features. - Optimize call handling, queuing, and agent management for high concurrency and reliability. - Collaborate with frontend, product, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions. - Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance standards are met. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. - Stay updated with the latest telephony and communication technologies and incorporate best practices. - Strong Backend Engineer (Node.js + Dialer/Telephony/IVR) Profile
- Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have 4+ years of backend development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js for building scalable backend applications, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience working on Dialer, Telephony, IVR, Contact Center, Auto Dialer, Predictive Dialer, Voice Bot, or Communication Platform products.
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience developing and maintaining backend services for calling platforms, including inbound/outbound calling workflows, call management, call tracking, agent management, and communication systems.
- Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience integrating with telephony APIs, SIP-based systems, Voice APIs, Call APIs, SMS APIs, or communication platforms.
- Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong understanding of IVR design, call routing logic, call automation workflows, call queues, agent assignment, call escalation, and telephony workflows.
- Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have strong database experience with PostgreSQL and preferably Redis for caching, session management, queue management, or real-time applications.
- Mandatory (Domain)—Candidates should preferably come from CPaaS, Contact Center, Telephony, Communication Platforms, Voice Technology, Conversational AI, Voice Bot, Customer Engagement Platforms, Unified Communications, or SaaS product companies.
- Mandatory (Notice Period) - Candidates who are immediately available or can jin within 15 days will be considered
- Preferred (Cloud) – Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms. Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
