Senior Product Manager – Ops & Supply Chain

Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru Experience: 4-6 years CTC: 40-42 LPA Work Mode: 5-day workweek (occasional 6-day workweek may be required depending on project timelines and business needs) Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong analytical thinking, execution ownership, and user-centric instincts to own high-impact product charters across operations and supply chain. The role involves working closely with business, engineering, and design teams to build scalable tech solutions that drive operational efficiency, taking end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle from discovery to release. Responsibilities Own the product roadmap for operations and supply chain workflows, including installation, warehousing, inventory, procurement, and service logistics. Write PRDs, define metrics, track releases, and coordinate hands-on across engineering, QA, and business teams. Conduct in-depth user research and define product strategy documents such as business cases, use cases, and success metrics. Identify gaps and pain points in internal workflows and craft scalable product solutions. Deep-dive into data, user journeys, and process maps to define structured solutions to ambiguous problems. Collaborate with analysts and engineering to convert fuzzy ideas into structured, implementable solutions. Track product adoption and impact through data and drive continuous improvement post-launch. Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in operations or supply chain-focused products. Strong understanding of ops/supply workflows such as installation, warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, ticketing, and inventory. Proven track record of launching scalable internal tools or workflow automation products. Experience solving complex problems using data-driven and structured thinking. Excellent written communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work as an independent contributor while also influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Experience mentoring junior PMs or managing small product pods is a plus. Candidate Profile Prior experience in B2C or B2B operations/supply chain tech products such as logistics, delivery, retail, solar, EV, or mobility is preferred. Exposure to SQL, analytics tools like PowerBI or Tableau, and process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Whimsical is a plus. Comfortable working with agile teams and a focus on iterative product development. An engineering background or strong technical collaboration experience is an added advantage.
