The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating infrastructure, streamlining deployment processes, and supporting IT service workflows while enabling low-code/no-code solutions within ServiceNow. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Ansible automation. Experience in building and managing Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines. Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps best practices. Experience with ServiceNow workflow configuration and scripting. Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow Studio for workflow and application development. Understanding of ServiceNow Citizen Development (low-code/no-code solutions). Familiarity with Git-based version control systems. Understanding of cloud environments (AWS preferred). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
