Events, Media & Graphic Design Executive

Location: Noida (On-site) Salary: ₹30,000 per month About the Role We're looking for a creative and organized Events, Media & Graphic Design Executive who can manage end-to-end event coordination while creating engaging visual and digital content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across events, social media, branding, and design in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Management

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and promotional events.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, partners, and internal teams.
• Manage event timelines, logistics, budgets, and on-site execution.
• Ensure smooth delivery of all event-related activities. Media & Content
• Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
• Capture and coordinate event photos and videos.
• Develop marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Work with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice. Graphic Design
• Design social media creatives, banners, presentations, posters, and event branding materials.
• Produce digital and print-ready creatives.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines. Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in event management, marketing, or graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of video editing tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with social media content creation is preferred. What We Offer
