Experience: 1–4 Years Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Working Days: 6 Days a Week We are looking for a talented Graphic + Motion Designer to join our fast-paced fashion e-commerce team. In this role, you will own the visual identity of key campaigns — from editorial layouts and app banners to motion graphics and interactive animations. You will work at the intersection of fashion aesthetics, digital storytelling, and mobile-first design, collaborating closely with Creative, Branding, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver premium, on-brand experiences across digital platforms. If you have a sharp eye for design, a feel for fashion, and the ability to move fast without compromising quality — this role is built for you. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design premium editorial layouts, campaign creatives, app banners, landing pages, and promotional assets for fashion e-commerce platforms.
- Create high-impact motion graphics, GIFs, animations, and App Store Preview Videos aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop Lottie/Rive animations for mobile app integration, optimized for smooth performance (60 FPS where applicable).
- Deliver polished, pixel-perfect creatives across all major tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and After Effects.
- Collaborate with Creative, Branding, Marketing, and Product teams to drive cohesive, impactful campaign outputs.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance creative ideation and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain awareness of evolving fashion, design, UI/UX, motion, and digital trends — and apply them proactively. Requirements REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design and Motion Design, ideally within a fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.
- Solid grasp of typography, layout composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
- Demonstrated experience with Lottie/Rive animations, mobile-first design principles, and App Store Preview Video creation.
- Working familiarity with Generative AI tools for design or creative workflows.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and how design decisions translate to user experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.

- Prior experience working directly on campaigns for major fashion or e-commerce brands.
