About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise across performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media management, analytics, and lead generation. This role requires someone who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and analyze marketing campaigns while driving measurable business growth and generating qualified leads for our AI and enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Execute and scale LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other B2B paid campaigns.
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Build audience segmentation and remarketing campaigns. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO initiatives.
- Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
- Build and manage backlink acquisition strategies. Content Marketing
- Create and optimize SEO-focused blogs, landing pages, case studies, and website content.
- Develop whitepapers, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with designers and stakeholders to create engaging content. Email Marketing & Automation
- Create lead nurturing and drip campaigns.
- Manage email marketing workflows and audience segmentation.
- Improve email engagement and conversion metrics. Social Media Management
- Manage LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube presence.
- Create content calendars and execute social media campaigns.
- Support thought leadership and employer branding initiatives. Website & Conversion Optimization
- Manage website updates and landing page optimization.
- Improve website user experience and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with developers on technical improvements. Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign and website performance using GA4, GTM, Search Console, and CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Generate actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness. Lead Generation
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams.
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise outreach initiatives. Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
