Commercial Interior Project Manager

Fulcro Works is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Interior Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial interior fit-out projects from planning through final handover.
• Conduct site measurements with the design team and verify all working drawings.
• Ensure drawings accurately reflect site conditions, including electrical points, AC points, beams, pillars, windows, and other structural elements.
• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, and vendors for civil, electrical, HVAC, ceiling, painting, and finishing works.
• Develop project schedules, monitor timelines, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare snag lists, monitor closure of pending works, and ensure timely project handover.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and site records.
• Resolve site issues proactively while ensuring minimal impact on timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, building regulations, and safety guidelines. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience managing commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of interior execution, site coordination, and project management.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and subcontractors.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction standards, building codes, and site safety practices.
• Willingness to travel across project sites as required.
