VINTON is seeking a talented Sr. Manager - Projects to join our team! Key Responsibilities Monitor project schedules from design, engineering, procurement, production, and site installation stages. Ensure coordination between technical, production, procurement, logistics, and site execution teams. Track project deliverables against contractual commitments. Review project progress reports and implement corrective actions to avoid delays. Support project teams in achieving quality, safety, and cost objectives. Qualifications & Experience Masters Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering with formal education in Project Management.PMP Certification preferred.Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, PMO, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or architectural metal works.Proven experience handling HNI clients, architects, and luxury/high-end projects.Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Expertise in project planning, reporting, dashboards, and PMO governance.Ability to manage multiple projects and perform effectively under pressure. Team Leadership Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Support and guide Project Engineers to resolve project and operational challenges.
