Job description
- Own the organisation’s employee listening agenda end to end, including planning cycles, running surveys and listening interventions, managing stakeholder inputs, tracking participation, synthesising insights, and ensuring closure of actions.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify priority themes emerging from employee listening and convert them into actionable interventions for teams and the wider organisation.
- Manage the employee perks portfolio end to end, including design, execution, communication, governance, and ongoing improvement to ensure relevance, adoption, and a positive employee experience.
- Own new-joiner ramp-up activities end to end, including Day-1 experience, business induction content, co-ordination, and execution.
- Drive programme and process excellence across all three areas through strong planning, calendar management, stakeholder co-ordination, communication, governance, and feedback closure.
- Track effectiveness using metrics, dashboards, feedback and experience data; publish insights that help improve employee experience and inform people decisions.
- Manage tools, systems and workflows required to run these processes smoothly and create seamless, engaging, and scalable employee experiences.
- Continuously improve listening, perks and onboarding/ramp-up journeys by identifying pain points, testing improvements, and introducing better practices that increase experience quality and operational efficiency.
