Role Description The Senior Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for AMOLYT LIFESCIENCES’ portfolio in the assigned territory. This role involves identifying and engaging healthcare professionals, building long-term relationships, and presenting the clinical and commercial value of the company’s products across key therapeutic areas. Day-to-day activities include planning and executing territory coverage, conducting product presentations and detailing visits, organizing and supporting medical education initiatives, visiting the HCP with associates on field, coach them and monitoring competitor activity. The Senior Sales Representative will manage sales targets, prepare regular reports, ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and collaborate closely with marketing, medical, and customer service teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Qualifications
- Strong sales and account management abilities, including territory planning, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, preferably in gastroenterology, women’s health, cardiology, pain management, or critical care.
- Ability to understand and communicate clinical information clearly, with sound product and market knowledge.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage diverse healthcare stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset, with skills in data-driven decision-making, reporting, and forecasting.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced qualification in business or healthcare is an advantage.
- Comfort with field-based work, regular travel within the Lucknow territory, and use of digital tools (CRM, MS Office, virtual meeting platforms).
- Previous experience in leading initiatives, mentoring junior team members, or handling key accounts is preferred.
