About the Role We are looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own and scale our inbound sales motion. This is not a traditional inbound SDR role. Beyond qualifying inbound leads, you'll be responsible for improving our inbound engine, reviving dormant opportunities, experimenting with new outreach strategies, and ensuring every qualified lead has a seamless buying experience. You'll work closely with Marketing, Account Executives, and Leadership to maximize inbound conversions and continuously improve the efficiency of our inbound pipeline. What You'll Do Own the End-to-End Inbound Pipeline

  • Own the complete inbound lead lifecycle from initial inquiry to qualified handoff.
  • Engage with inbound leads through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges, hiring needs, buying intent, and qualification criteria.
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
  • Ensure every lead receives a timely and exceptional buying experience. Deliver High-Quality Discovery
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points, current processes, business goals, and buying timelines.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and document every customer interaction.
  • Provide detailed handoff notes including qualification summary, pain points, stakeholders, objections, next steps, and demo recommendations. Revive & Nurture Existing Pipeline
  • Re-engage previously generated inbound leads that have gone cold.
  • Execute multi-channel follow-up sequences across calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Experiment with messaging and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates. Improve the Inbound Engine
  • Identify leakages and bottlenecks across the inbound funnel.
  • Analyze conversion metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Build and optimize follow-up workflows, qualification processes, and response strategies.
  • Work with Marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing to improve inbound acquisition and lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to refine qualification standards and improve sales handoffs.
  • Share customer insights with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams. What We're Looking For
  • 1-3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Representative, or similar customer-facing SaaS sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience managing inbound leads from qualification through demo scheduling.
  • Comfortable conducting customer conversations over phone, email, LinkedIn, and video calls.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously.
  • High ownership, accountability, and execution mindset.
  • Analytical approach to identifying process improvements.
