Training and Analysis, Succession Planning Delivery and execution of Training Program. Employee Engagement experience. Accountabilities Support COE Head in determining Talent Review Guideline. Prepare Talent related MIS and Project Management report Periodical review and monitor progress of Organization wide Succession Planning program and document. Development Identification and Individual development plan. Other Specific Remarks Additional Requirements – General shift, Every Month 1st Saturday and 3rd Saturday working
